Our fees will take into account inter alia the importance of the matter and its complexity. Our work will be invoiced by the team on a times and means basis using an hourly rate fee structure.

We are bound by professional secrecy and respect our client’s plans and privacy. We shall respect the confidentiality of any information that we receive from you and any other service provider or advisers while acting for you and we will not disclose any such information to anyone without your prior consent.

We shall communicate with you by email, fax, letters or telephone and, unless you instruct us otherwise, we will assume that you are satisfied for us to do so. We cannot however guarantee the confidentiality of such communications.

We have procedures designed to prevent our acting for one client in a matter where there is a significant risk of a conflict of interest with the interest of another client. We shall advise you if a conflict of interest should arise.
